  • Rental is for a maximum of 11 people. Infants can be accommodated with prior notice.
  • Pets are prohibited in the home. We love pets too, but cannot allow them due to concern for allergies.

The rates listed in the following table do not include the 8% Maine Sales Tax.

The rates are negotiable for visits during the off-peak season, based on occupancy and number of nights.

Payment Terms

  • A refundable $500 deposit is required to hold a reservation. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after checkout if property was not damaged.
  • 50% of fee is due immediately
  • 50% of fee is due 60 days prior to check-in
  • A signed rental agreement, deposit of $500, and 50% of rental fee are required to hold a reservation date.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 60 days in advance of check-in date: full refund of deposit and rental fee paid to date
  • Less than 60 days in advance of check-in date: full forfeit of reservation deposit and rental deposits
